Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. YOUR ITEM WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED IF IT IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT. IF THE ITEM IS NOT DEFECTIVE AND WORKS ACCORDING TO OUR TESTS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AN ADDITIONAL €12 FOR SHIPPING, OTHERWISE IT WILL REMAIN AT OUR PREMISES.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted: (if applicable) 

* Any part with a power rating over 1000vA that cannot be resold due to lack of demand. (Please call us)

*Any custom-made part (Please call us if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) :
Once your returned item is received at our premises, we will inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. 
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. The refund amount will be equal to the total sum of your order, minus the transport costs (€12).

WARRANTY:

Our transformers are guaranteed for a period of 2 to 5 years. For any malfunction, the return transport remains THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY AS LONG AS OUR LIABILITY IS NOT ESTABLISHED. If one of our manufactured products is not compliant or our liability is established for any reason, you will be compensated for the shipping cost and we will replace the part.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in this case, send us an email at lancry@wanadoo.fr and send your item to: ZI, Gailhan, 30260, France.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail it to: ABL Co., ZI de Quiquilhan, Gailhan, 30260, France. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of transport will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
