ABL Transfo is an electrical transformer supplier that makes what it sells. Since 1993, our single-phase transformers, three-phase transformers, toroidal transformers and autotransformers have been wound and 100% tested in our workshop in Gailhan, in the south of France, between Nîmes and Montpellier. The range goes from 1 VA to 1,000 kVA, standard or custom-made.
Electricians and installers, industrial and maintenance teams, panel builders, engineering offices, resellers, pool installers and public bodies: the trade account gives them supplier terms and direct access to the workshop.
The manufacturer, with no middleman
Buying from the manufacturer rather than a transformer wholesaler means talking to the people who design and wind your transformers. Standard models ship within 24 to 48 hours; anything not in the catalogue can be made to order, in 48 hours to one week depending on the rating. Above 100 kVA, the lead time comes with the quote.

Transformers compliant with EN 61558
Our isolating transformers meet EN 61558‑2‑4 and our safety isolating transformers EN 61558‑2‑6 (SELV, 50 V maximum). All our isolation transformers have an electrostatic screen as standard. Connections are made on screw terminals up to 55 A and on cable lugs above that; thermal protection can be added on request.

How long does it take to approve my account?
We review every request within a few working hours, usually within minutes. You receive an e-mail when your request arrives, then a second one with our answer.
How does the 5% discount work?
Once you are logged in, prices are shown excluding VAT and a “Trade discount (5%)” line comes off in your basket, across the whole catalogue. There is no code to enter. If you order often, talk to us: we can go further.
I already have a customer account: how do I switch it to a trade account?
E-mail us at [email protected] with your company registration details and your phone number. Once checked, we switch your account to a trade account.
My company is in another EU country: will I pay VAT?
For a company invoiced in an EU country other than France, orders placed with an approved trade account are invoiced without VAT: VAT is accounted for in your own country under the reverse charge. Give your EU VAT number and billing country when you sign up.
What are your shipping times?
Standard models ship within 24 to 48 hours. Custom-made units take from 48 hours to one week depending on the rating; above 100 kVA, the lead time comes with the quote.
Which delivery options do you offer?
Parcels are delivered to a pickup point or to your door; the options, lead times and costs for your address are shown at checkout. Orders over 30 kg travel on a pallet with Kuehne + Nagel: 48 to 72 hours in mainland France, 96 hours elsewhere in Europe, free from €1,000 ex VAT, otherwise a flat €50 ex VAT. In France, a next-day FIRST option is available for pallets on request.
