Good to know

Leaving our workshop

  • Standard models: within 24 to 48 h
  • Three-phase up to 50 kVA: 3 working days
  • Three-phase from 63 to 100 kVA: 6 working days
  • Single-phase from 8 kVA: 6 working days
  • Custom-made: from 48 h to one week depending on the power

Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery

  • Parcels: to a pickup point or to your door
  • Kuehne + Nagel pallet, over 30 kg: 48 to 72 h in mainland France, 96 h elsewhere in Europe
  • Pallet delivery free from €1,000 ex VAT, otherwise a flat €50 ex VAT

A problem or a return?

Damaged parcel, missing part or a unit to return: call or write to us with your order number and we will tell you what to do.

Your invoice is emailed to you as soon as payment is received. Need a copy? Just write to us.
