      Standard models ship within 24 to 48 hours. Custom units take 48 hours to one week depending on power; above 100 kVA, the lead time is stated on the quote.

      How are volume orders delivered?

      As parcels, to a pickup point or to your door. On pallets with Kuehne + Nagel: 48 to 72 hours in mainland France, 96 hours elsewhere in Europe, free from €1,000 ex VAT, otherwise a flat €50 ex VAT; in France, a next-day FIRST option is available on request.

      Can you supply under our brand?

      Yes: we put your logo on the transformer label and the delivery note. Terms depend on your annual volume and how often you order.
