What is a custom-made toroidal transformer?
A custom-made toroidal transformer is a transformer whose magnetic core has the shape of a torus — a continuous closed ring. This toroidal core is wound continuously, without an air gap, giving it exceptional electromagnetic performance compared to conventional EI-core transformers.
The custom-made version goes further: you precisely define the input voltage, the output voltage level(s), the required power and the number of windings. ABL Transfo then manufactures your transformer to these exact specifications in its French workshops.
It is supplied with its wiring label (wire colour codes) and its mounting cup — everything needed to integrate it directly into your equipment.
