Cookie policy
The cookies and other trackers used on abltransfo.com: what they do, who sets them, how long they last and how to make your choices.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file saved by your browser when you visit a website. Other techniques serve the same purpose: the browser’s local storage, and scripts that measure your visit. In this policy, we call them all “trackers”.
Trackers that are necessary for the website to work do not require your consent. The others – audience measurement, advertising – may only be used with your consent.
The measurement and advertising trackers listed below, and their durations, are those we recorded on the website on 30 September 2026; for the basket, account, payment and website protection, the durations are those set by the tools that place these trackers.

When you pay with PayPal, PayPal’s payment window may set its own cookies, which are needed for the payment, in accordance with PayPal’s policy.

We also use the Rybbit measurement tool, hosted by astr.studio with netcup GmbH in Germany. It does not set any cookies, but records the pages viewed and how each visit unfolds (scrolling, clicks, mouse movements); anything typed into form fields is masked. Session recordings are deleted after 30 days and visit statistics after 8 weeks.
4. Advertising

To show our adverts to people who have visited the website, Google may also set its own cookies on its domains (google.com, doubleclick.net), in accordance with its privacy policy.
5. Live chat
The live chat window is provided by Odoo and loaded from our Odoo workspace. When you start a conversation, Odoo stores the messages exchanged and may set its own cookies to keep the conversation going.
6. Fonts
Some of the website’s fonts are loaded from Google’s servers (Google Fonts). They do not set any cookies, but your browser sends your IP address to Google in order to download them.
7. Your choices
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Blocking the necessary trackers may stop the basket or logging in to your account from working.
For Google Analytics, Google also offers a browser opt-out add-on.
